How do I attach the ErgoLine single monitor arm?

The attachment post for the monitor arm can be mounted directly on the desktop (pierce for desktop thickness 20 - 60 mm), or secured using the included sturdy desk clamp (desktop thickness of 13-58 mm) . Both options are included in the package so you can choose how you want to attach the arm.
