Backapp 2.0 sit-stand stool

With the Back App 2.0 saddle stool, the feet rest on the foot ring of the stool itself, rather than on the ground. As the legs lean on the balance ring, the body moves forward and backward. The degree of movement is easily self-adjustable. The stool has a variable seat height from 58 to 81 cm. 

Due to the unique balancing mechanism, the body searches for the right balance in every posture and thus keeps moving. The leg, pelvic and lower back muscles are thus trained and strengthened. 

The ergonomic stool is recommended by Scandinavian specialists for back, neck and shoulder pain as well as hip and pelvic pain.

Opinion

To get the most effect from the Back App, a height-adjustable desk is recommended. This is because the sit-down height is different from a regular saddle stool. 

The Back App 2.0 is also available with lower gas spring and with different versions in upholstery.
